this is my first bottle and i want to say one thing to all that is "Guys, be selfish sometimes. Don't feel guilty about putting yourself first. Everyone thinks about their own needs, but when you start doing the same, they call you selfish. Some people only keep you around because they need something from you. So stop feeling guilty for choosing yourself. Being selfish isn't always bad,sometimes it is self-respect"
